  • Frequency: 1 class per week (60 minutes)
  • Contents: every class is made up of
    • Concentration & meditation exercises
    • Stretching exercises (Patuan Chin or Silk Brocade Exercises)
    • Warm up
    • Balance exercises
    • Tai Chi Chuan form
